Section 47(1) in The National Capital Region Planning Board Rules, 1985
(1)The officer in charge of accounts of the Board shall submit to the Board an annual statement showing the details of the outstanding loans borne on his books under the Head "Loans and Advances by the Board". The statement shall be submitted in Form `G'.
