(1)Requisitions made under the provisions of Order XIII, Rule 10, by subordinate Courts for the production of records of cases pertaining to, and in the custody of High Courts other than the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, or Courts subordinate to such other High Courts should be transmitted through the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur, and should be accompanied by a copy of the affidavit filed under Order XIII, Rule 10, together with a duly certified translation into English if such affidavit is not in English.
