Section 37(c) in Bihar Boiler Operation Engineer's Rules, 1960
(c)an oral examination to answer questions apertaining to Boilers Practice and if required by the examiner to demonstrate in the examination room or in a workshop his ability to carry out the practical aspects of his duties in a workman like manner.
