Section 24 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
24. Nomination of candidate.
(1)Any person may be nominated as a candidate for election to fill a seat, if he is qualified to be chosen to fill seat under the provisions of these rules.(2)Every nomination paper presented under rule 25 shall be completed in Form '5'.(3)A nomination paper shall be supplied by the returning officer or an officer authorized by him, in this behalf to an elector on demand.
