Section 48(1) in Faridabad Complex Administration Building Rules, 1989
(1)Every roof shall be weather proof and fire resistant and in no case shall be built of mat, sirki, cloth, grass or thatch or any other easily inflammable materials and it shall be structurally safe against dead and live loads as prescribed in rule 43 and prevailing wind pressure.
