Section 23(1) in The Karnataka Rajya Dr. Gangubai Hangal Sangeetha Mattu Pradarshaka Kalegala Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2009
(1)The Syndicate shall meet at least three times in every year on dates to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. One of such meetings shall be called the annual meeting. The Syndicate may also meet at such other times as it may, from time to time determine.
