Section 35(1) in Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Act, 2012
(1)(a)All rules or regulations made or notifications issued under this Act shall be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and, unless they are expressed to come into force on a particular date, shall come into force on the date on which they are so published.
