9. Payment of fees and the consequences of failure to pay fees.
(1)Every applicant eligible for the grant of a certificate of registration and renewal of certificate of registration shall pay such fees in such a manner and within such a period as specified in Schedule I - Form D of these regulations.(2)The Authority shall not process any application which does not carry the required fees.
