Section 84(1) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
(1)Consumer/Farmer market may be established by developing infrastructure as prescribed by any person in any market area. At such place, producer of agricultural produce himself may, as prescribed, sell his produce directly to the consumer;Provided that the consumer may not purchase any commodity more than as prescribed.
