Section 7(7)(a) in Chhattisgarh Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2004

(a)Selection lists shall be prepared in the order of merit in such a manner that the name of the candidate getting highest marks shall be kept at the top of the list, and other names shall be kept in descending order.
