Section 17(1) in The M.P. Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Adhiniyam, 1976
(1)The Board may, with the previous approval of the State Government, make regulations for the determination of the remuneration and other conditions of service of its officers and servants.
