(2)Nothing in sub-section (1) shall have application in respect on –(i)Ex-officio members referred to in section 20 (a) –Class I, but not including members of the Executive Council who are not otherwise members of the Academic Committee referred to in item (7) thereof, and(ii)Ex-officio members referred to in section 23(b) –Class I
