The Payment of Wages (Haryana Amendment) Act, 1985Haryana Act 5 of 1985Received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 9th April, 1985, and was first published in the Haryana Gazette, (Extra.) Legislative Supplement, Part I, dated April 12, 1985.An Act to further amend the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, in its application to the State of Haryana.

1. Short title.

- This Act may be called the Payment of Wages (Haryana Amendment) Act, 1985.

2. Amendment of Section 5 of Central Act 4 of 1936.

- After the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, the following further proviso shall be added, namely :-"Provided further that the State Government may transfer any matter from one authority to the other authority".
