Section 2 in West Bengal Inland Fisheries Rules, 1985
2. Definitions.
(1)In these rules unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context—(a)"the Act" means the West Bengal Inland Fisheries Act, 1984 (West Bengal Act No. 25 of 1984);(b)"section" means a section of the Act;(2)Any expression used but not defined in these rules shall have the same meaning as defined in the Act.
