11. Review.
(1)The Quality of Service parameters specified in regulation 3, regulation 4, regulation 5, regulation 6 and regulation 7 may be reviewed by the Authority from time to time.(2)The Authority, on reference from any affected party for good and sufficient reasons, may review and modify these regulations.
