Section 274(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The Board may as soon as may be after the coming into force of these rules, constitute a Fund by the name "The Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers 'Welfare Fund' " in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the rules made under the Act.
