274. The Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Fund.
(1)The Board may as soon as may be after the coming into force of these rules, constitute a Fund by the name "The Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers 'Welfare Fund' " in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the rules made under the Act.(2)The fund shall vest in and be administered by the Board.(3)There shall be credited to the Fund -(a)grant or loan advances if any, made by the Government of India or by the State Government or any Government body or local authority;(b)the contribution paid by the beneficiaries under these rules;(c)all sums received by the Board from such other sources as may be decided by the State or State Government.Registration of Building Workers as Beneficiaries[Section 12]
