- If any difficulty arises in giving effect in the Abu area to the provisions of any Rajasthan law extended to such area by section 3, the State Government may, by order notified in the Official Gazette, make such provisions or give directions as appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
