Section 70(1) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)A officer or employee shall be eligible for joining time on one occasion to enable him, -(a)to join a new post to which he is appointed while on duty in his old post, or(b)to join a new post on return from leave.
