Section 20 in Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University Act, 2014
20. Grant by the State Government.
(1)The State Government may from time to time provide such amounts by way of grants for meeting the capital, recurring or other expenditure of the University as it may deem fit.(2)The State Government may transfer from all available funds of the Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar to the Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University, Bathinda in the ratio of 50:50.
