(3)Resignation of members. - (A) Any member of the Council other than ex-officio Member may submit his resignation in writing to the Chairman of the Council who will forward it to the State Govt. with his comments.(B)The State Government shall, having accepted the resignation of the Member, notify it in official Gazette and the post of the member concerned shall fall vacant from the date of the notification in the Gazette.
