Section 25(3)(b) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992

(b)that he/she shall be required to appear according to that Scheme of examination only which may be prevalent at that time for regular candidates. Explanation for the purpose of award of diploma or certificates. By the Board he/ she shall be deemed to have appeared as a regular candidate.
