Section 28E(4) in Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973
(4)(a)The owner and the occupier of the premises shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment of all the sums referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (3).(b)The sums referred to in clause (a) shall be charge on the premises.
