Section 71(4) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(4)(i)The precincts of canteen referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition;(ii)Waste water from such canteen shall be carried away in suitable covered drains and shall not be allowed to accumulate in the surroundings of such canteen;(iii)Suitable arrangements shall be made for the collection and disposal of garbage from such canteen.
