Section 9(a) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralized-Regular) Public Health Establishment Regulations, 1976
(a)No person shall be appointed to the posts specified in column (1) of the table below, if he has completed or will complete on the first day of July of the year in which the selection for appointment is made, the year of age specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof:
