65. Receipts on account of Cross-Subsidy Surcharge and Additional Surcharge.
- 65.1 The Cross-Subsidy Surcharge received by the Distribution Licensee in accordance with the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Connectivity and Open Access in Intra- State Transmission and Distribution) Regulations, 2017, as amended from time to time, at the rate approved by the Commission shall be deducted from the Aggregate Revenue Requirement, at the time of truing up.65.2The Additional surcharge received by the Distribution Licensee in accordance with the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Connectivity and Open Access in Intra- State Transmission and Distribution) Regulations, 2017, as amended from time to time, at the rate approved by the Commission shall be deducted from the Aggregate Revenue Requirement, at the time of truing up.
