Section 21(1B) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term Access and Medium-term Open Access in inter-State Transmission and related matters) Regulations, 2009
(1B)While seeking medium-term open access to an inter-state Transmission licensee other then the Central Transmission Utility, the applicant shall sign a tripartite medium-term open access agreement with the Central Transmission Utility and the inter-state Transmission Licensee.
