(3)(a)Any member of the Forest Department or an officer appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 4 may require any person to stop within the limit of the sanctuary or National Park as the case may be, or at the entrance gate for purposes of checking and may demand the permit granted under this Chapter to be produced for inspection.(b)Every person so required to stop under clause (a) shall stop when called upon to do so and shall produce the permit for inspection.
