Section 4 in Rules for the Departmental Examination of Senior District Prosecutors, Bihar
4. Subjects of Examination.
(1)The Departmental Examination of Senior District Prosecutors shall consist of examination in the following subjects :-(a)Law Part I (without books),(b)Law Part II (with books),(c)Accounts, and(d)Hindi.(2)The syllabus for the examination will be as detailed in Appendix I.
