Section 7(7) in Andhra Pradesh Rules for Construction and Regulation of Multiplex Complexes, 2007
7.2Every application to construct or reconstruct a Multiplex Complex shall be made in the prescribed form and accompanied by detailed plans and floor plans of all floors drawn by a registered architect, along with complete set of structural drawings and detailed specification duly certified by a qualified structural engineer. Necessary prior No Objection Certificate shall be submitted from the Airport Authority (if applicable), and Directorate of Fire. Services along with the application. The fire safety requirements shall be duly certified by a fire engineer.
