Section 11(1) in The Rajasthan Civil Services (Departmental Examinations) Rules, 1959
(1)The Registrar will supply the required number of blank answer books (in which the examinee will write answers), piece of blotting paper, ink and question papers. The answer books will bear the seal of the Registrar.
