Section 5(2) in The Assam Secondary Education (Provincialisation) Act, 1977
(2)The Managing Committees on such secondary schools shall exercise such functions, as may be specified by the State Government or under the rules made under this Act until such Committees are either reconstituted or replaced under the rules prescribed.
