22. Capabilities of holders of certificates.
(1)The Certificate of proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer shall qualify the holder thereof to be incharge of a Boiler or Boilers of any type and size :Provided that the boilers are so installed that each boiler is installed at a distance of not more than one hundred metres from the other.(2)The holder of a certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer shall, for all intents and purposes, be deemed to have fulfilled the requirements of rule 4 of the Punjab Boiler Attendants Rules, 1961.
