Section 22(2) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
(2)The holder of a certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer shall, for all intents and purposes, be deemed to have fulfilled the requirements of rule 4 of the Punjab Boiler Attendants Rules, 1961.
