(1)Rules 135 and 136 shall apply to the payment in India of telegraphic foreign money orders in the same manner in which they apply to the payment of telegraphic inland money orders,(2)Rule 152 shall also apply to the payment of telegraphic foreign currency money orders received from countries mentioned in the Post Office Guide under rule 158.
