Section 4(1) in Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly Secretariat Right To Information Rules, 2012
(1)The Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly shall designate a Public Information Officer having the rank not below Deputy Secretary and an Assistant Public Information Officer having the rank not below Under Secretary ;
