(2)When a fine is realized by a Court, the presiding Judge shall send an order in writing to the Nazir to receive the money and credit it into the treasury The Nazir shall receive the money, deposit the amount in the treasury and report to the Court the number and the date of the treasury challan for being noted in the remarks column of the register.
