Section 71(4) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(4)Where in respect of any product, standardised products bearing the AGMARK or ISI mark are available, every society shall, for the purpose of sale also purchase such standardised products and in purchasing such standardised products, preference shall be given to such products of any producers' society.
