Section 1 in The Cattle Trespass (Amendment) Act, 1921
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Cattle- trespass (Amendment) Act, 1921 .(2)This section shall come into force at once.(3)The rest of the Act shall come into force in any part of India except the territories which, immediately before the 1st November, 1956 , were comprised in Part B States] on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
