Section 12(1) in Biju Patnaik University of Technology Act, 2002
(1)The Board shall appoint a person selected from among a panel containing the names of officers belonging to the Orissa Finance Service furnished by the Government, as the Finance Officer of the University for such period and on such terms as may be prescribed by Statutes.
