12. Finance Officer.
(1)The Board shall appoint a person selected from among a panel containing the names of officers belonging to the Orissa Finance Service furnished by the Government, as the Finance Officer of the University for such period and on such terms as may be prescribed by Statutes.(2)The Finance Officer shall be a whole time officer of the University and shall, subject to the control of the Vice-Chancellor, exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by Statutes.
