Section 12(2) in Bihar Taken over Elementary School Teachers' Promotion Rules, 1993
(2)Consequent upon the following promotion the pay shall be fixed according to rule 22(1)(a)(1) of "the Fundamental Rules" (Schedule 1) and orders issued from time to time by Government of India for their teachers :(a)Promotion to grade 4.(b)Promotion to grade 7.(c)Promotion to grade 8 from grade 6.
