Section 3(2) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(2)It shall be the duty of the Secretary to ascertain periodically from the University, Board or other veterinary, institution conducting veterinary examination, the date and place of every such examination which may be inspected by the Veterinary Council of India.
