Section 1 in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
1. Short title, extent and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation] [Substituted by Act No.13 of 2008.] Act, 1955.(2)It extends to the [city comprised by Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation] [Substituted by Act No.13 of 2008.] and shall come into force at once.
