Section 2(h) in The Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2004
(h)"Consumer Meter Card" means a card provided at the low tension consumer's premises for the purpose of recording the measurements relating to consumption of electricity and the charges for electricity consumed and other related charges. It shall also serve the purpose of a notice to the consumer of the due dates for payment and notice period for disconnection;(hh)[ "Distribution licensee" means a licensee authorised to operate and maintain a distribution system for supplying electricity to the consumers in his area of supply.] [Inserted by Commission's Notification No. TNERC/SC/7-4/dated 25.5.2007 (w.e.f. 13.6.2007).]
