Section 17(2) in The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002
(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power and of matters specifically provided for in this Act, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:(i)Specifying procedure to transact business in the meeting under section 9 ;(ii)Determining of salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and other employees of the Authority under sub-section (2) of section 11 ; and(iii)Fixing of sums received by the Authority under clause (iii) of sub-section (1) of section 12.
