Section 17(3)(b) in Punjab Intoxicants Licence and Sales Orders, 1956

(b)the restrictions laid down in clauses (1), (2) and (3) of this order shall not apply to the sale of liquor to a soldier or a member of his family or a follower when he is absent or on leave from his regiment.
