Section 10(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Transmission of Electricity) Regulations, 2007
(1)The applicant shall make available for public inspection copies of the application (with all enclosures), for grant of licence in his own office and also in the offices of the local authorities located in the proposed area of the transmission licence.
