9. The Registrar and Finance Officer.
(1)The Registrar and the Finance Officer shall be whole-time officers of the University and shall be appointed by the Council in the manner specified in the Schedule-I.(2)The salary and allowances payable to each of the officers specified in subsection (2), the conditions of service and the powers to be exercised and the functions to be performed by each of them shall be as specified in the Schedule-I and the statutes prescribed.
