Section 238(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(1)Subject to the provisions of the Act and rules, every sale shall be held by the Liquidator by an agent or an auctioneer approved by the Tribunal, and subject to such terms and conditions, if any, as may be approved by the Tribunal.
